LM1600™

GKN Aerospace is a fully authorized service provider for the General Electric LM1600™ gas generator and its power turbine. Maintenance includes both SAC and DLE versions as well as support for package and control systems.
Our field service engineers are always ready to support you. Our services range from scheduled inspections and repairs on-site to full overhaul in our shop.
DR990
We keep your DR990 in top condition.
We offer complete overhauls and services on the DR990 industrial gas turbine and its package systems. Our on-site field service engineers can support you with a range of services from standard inspections to heavy maintenance. Lease and exchange engines are readily available.
RM12
We are the Type Certificate holder for the RM12 engine powering the Saab Gripen fighter. For decades we have provided excellent availability and flight safety in a cost effective way.
We offer the Air Forces Performance Based Logistics (PBL) solutions that comprises a range of services like spare parts optimization and forecasting, fleet management, maintenance and repair of engines, modules and accessories and repairs.
In close corporation and dialog with our customers, we provide data analysis that support our customers in reducing costs and improving performance of the RM12 engine.
Certifications
We hold EASA Part-145 and FAA 145 approvals and we are certified by many national airworthiness authorities. Our industrial gas turbine service teams are cleared for working off-shore.
