Our approach to Covid-19

Protecting our employees, partners and everyone associated with the business is our number one priority.

Health and safety

We are actively monitoring the evolving situation and we have introduced stringent health and safety measures in our sites, including:

  • increased cleaning cycles,
  • changes to work stations and shift patterns to enable social distancing
  • enabling working from home for employees who can do so

Every step of the way we follow the latest Government guidance as a minimum in every country in which we operate.

Supporting our customers

By doing so, we aim to maintain business continuity around the world: to keep our people safe, to continue to support tens of thousands of jobs, and to deliver for our world-leading customers during this unprecedented time.

VentilatorChallengeUK

We are also directly supporting global efforts to tackle the crisis by participating in the VentilatorChallengeUK consortium, where industry leaders are coming together to build thousands of medical ventilators. These will go to front-line medical professionals and save lives.
